wednesday = hump day

Well, the week is definatley more than halfway over now, and I've made it through pretty well. No real bumps or bruises either. I was supposed to have 2 tests today, but there wasnt enough time in conducting to get to me, so I get to do it on friday.

The other day I realized that I have a concert with the quartet here on campus on Oct. 18th since we were "Liberace Scholars." It just entails that we play a movement of something that we're working on alongside the two students from Argentina who came here as well. So it shouldnt be hard, but its something that I would rather do at a later date than now.

I think that I've started to make a decision about how I want to work out my double major and the schedules that they provide me. As of right now, which isnt really saying much, I feel the desire to finish my environmental engineering as soon as possible. I still am going to take music classes, probably theory/arural skills, and hist and lit, just so that I still make some progress on the major, but my hope is to get done in 3 more semesters. I dont know if that's even possible, but I'm going to checking into that. Right now my idea behind this is that if I want to just get out of school after I get my engineering degree, I can just do that and start making money. If I go the other route, I may have to wait a lot longer than I want to. I need to talk to some people first and get some second, third, etc. opinions too. Those always help me. Trust me, this by no means implies that I dont want to get both degrees anymore, I just want to see if there's a better/more logical way to do it.

Well, I've got other things to do tonight, more to talk about tomorrow since I've got pleanty on my mind.

its monday again :'(

So I had a great weekend here in Platteville. Kris came down and spent the weekend. I got to show her around town, take her out on a date (even though it was really an entire weekend date), and just do stuff with her. Long story short, it's now official. I'm no longer single. (jumps around joyfully).

In other news, i got my municipal hydraulics test back today. I had the third highest grade in the class at a 94%! woot! thats the best i've ever done on this professors exams. Usually I fail miserably, or just downright screw 'em up. So I was pretty pumped about that.

I'd love to type more, but Otto needs to do some homework.
